Do you ship to my country?

 

We ship out world wide. If you can find your country in the list when you check out then we do!

The product I want is not in stock.

 

If what you are looking for is not in stock you can always contact us at: support@4-freestyle.com to check when it will be available again. You can also subscribe to our newsletters by entering your email down to the left at our website. We will inform you when any new product is available again.

How much is shipping?

 

As a UPS partner we offer a very low rate starting at 5€ for shipping with tracking. Delivery time is normally between 3 - 7 business days.  Shipping cost does vary depending on country and weight.

The reason for the low rates is because we take most of the shipping cost for you. You will get the accurate shipping cost calculated when checking out. First we need to know the product you are purchasing and your address details.

How can I pay?

 

You can choose between credit card payment directly at our website through Strip, our you can check out with Payal. You can pay with credit card if you choose to check out with Paypal as well.

Return and exchange of products

 

If there is anything wrong with the product you purchaced our you are not happy with it, you can return the product and get a refund. If the item has been used, washed or not returned in the original packing, we unfortunately can not accept the returned product/s. You can return any unused product for a refund within 14 days after you received it.

 

The product must have been purchased from our web shop and not from a retailer.

Please get in contact with us before you return the gear so we can help you.

We are not responsible for any lost shipping and we recommend shipping with tracking.

Free Returns with PayPal

If you pay for your order with Paypal you are also qualified for free returns. This is a service PayPal is offering most of our customers. This is a service delivered by PayPal and we are not responsible for any changes made to their free return policy. Additional custom duties and taxes

 

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. You as the customer are responsible to pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees if it occurs. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

Why is my shipping taking so long?

 

Please check your tracking number which you can track via UPS.com first to see where your package is and what the status is. There can be many different reasons why your package is delayed, and if it does not state via the tracking you should contact UPS in your country to get more information.

If you can't find your tracking number please check your spam folder first, and if you entered your email address correctly when placing the order. If you still can not find it our entered a wrong email address you can get in touch with  us via the  contact form on our front page: Contact form.
